HOWL! 2009: Art Around The Park

At “Art Around the Park”; over a half a mile of canvas surrounds Tompkins Square Park to provide the space for the innovative energy that makes the Lower East Side the home of spontaneous creativity. Upwards of a hundred and forty artists create side by side in a blaze of color, dynamic work and intense delivery that reaffirms the soul of our neighborhood.
